In a rush to get the site out there and make money, people always manage to forget that it takes a unique amount of time and effort to build it into something worthwhile. I’m wondering if you think it is still necessary to remove all ebay auction links from the home page if the site itself is integrated with wordpress? Great post John. Great John Post. I have 3 bans sites that have a lot of content and 10 that have little to no content. I was one of those affiliates that got their BANS store de-indexed in Google. Ich war einer dieser verbundenen Unternehmen, dass ihre Verbote bekam de-Shop im Index von Google. Thankfully I’m pulling plenty of traffic now from yahoo and MSN and the majority of sales come from Adwords…so no big deal. Zum Glück bin ich ziehen viel Verkehr jetzt von Yahoo und MSN und die Mehrheit des Umsatzes kommen von AdWords… so dass keine große Sache. I feel that my site added value, contained content, but yes…was there to be an affiliate site so it’s expected that it would eventually at least be penalized. Ich glaube, dass meine Website Mehrwert, enthaltenen Inhalte, aber ja… war es zu einem Partner-Website, so dass davon ausgegangen, dass es letztendlich zumindest bestraft werden.

Possibly causes I feel for my site being de-indexed was the fact that I took cloaking off of my links to test EPN tracking. I would probably put that into the mid 90% range… of the +12,000 bans owners, there are probably only a few hundred at most, that spend more time than… point-click-install-rinse and repeat! I agree 100% with all of this. Ich stimme zu 100% mit allen dafür. I am dismayed by the gullibility of the people that are following a certain blogger un leashed into creating a bunch of crappy sites. Ich bin bestürzt von der Leichtgläubigkeit der Menschen, die im Anschluss an eine bestimmte Blogger un leashed in die Schaffung einer Reihe von Standorten crappy. It brings the whole community down. Es bringt die ganze Gemeinde.
These people think one article is “a bunch of quality content” and that all you have to do is go social bookmarking to riches. Diese Leute denken, ein Artikel ist "ein Bündel von qualitativ hochwertigen Inhalten" und dass alles, was Sie zu tun haben, ist Social Bookmarking gehen zu Reichtum. So far from the truth. So weit von der Wahrheit.
I suspect the latest round of Google algo tweaks is part of a bigger thrust to rewarding fresh content, and de-emphasizing a site just because it has a lot of (old) pages. Ich vermute, die letzte Runde von Google algo zwickt ist Teil eines größeren Schub auf die Belohnung von frischem Inhalt, und de-betonend, eine Website, nur weil es hat eine Menge von (alten) Seiten.
Quality over quantity. Qualität vor Quantität.

Yes, it’s true that a lot of people don’t do well by just slapping BANS up… but thats OK, because it leaves us, the experts ;) with all the hits and subsequent income. Ja, es stimmt, dass viele Menschen nicht gut tun, nur durch Verbote slapping bis… aber das ist in Ordnung, denn es lässt uns die Experten;) mit allen Hits und späteren Einkommen. As for that unleashed blogger… lets see how well he goes now. Da für das entfesselte Blogger… Mal sehen, wie gut er geht jetzt.
