There was a premium plugin for sale for quite awhile called “social auto-poster” or something like that for $97. When you posted it would “auto-bookmark” your post in up to 30+ social bookmarking sites. Over time most of them ceased to work -but here's a free social plugin that does the same thing, it just doesn't do as many.

Postalicious allows you to auto-save bookmarks (when you post) to del.icio.us, ma.gnolia, google reader, reddit, and Yahoo! pipes.
