Geez, I dont comment on that many!
I am pretty new to this (6 months in and learning as I go) and have just started blog commenting. i have previously used forums, article marketing, reciprocal links and directories.
I have been sent traffic from a very good reciprocal link where I wrote an authority article for a website in a related niche. i get plenty of traffic from a forum where I am a subject expert and I have some good links from forums.
link directories and article directories seem to be a bit of a wate of time for me so i will be sticking to forums and blogs from now on.
I have (what I think) is a great method for blog commenting:
- Install SEO Quake Firefox plugin or similar so you can see PR in Google listings.
- Go to http://www.inlineseo.com/dofollowdiver/
- Type in a keyword(s) related to your niche
- Wait! - dont go piling into the results just yet! go to the bottom of the listings on the first page of results and click “more results”
- You now have these results in google with your SEO Quake info at the bottom of each one so you can quickly find the high PR do-follow blogs.
What do you think? Good method for a noob? Or is there a flaw in my plan??!!
I picked up some PR 3 and 4 links today and also found a good blog where a lot of pages a 2 months old and more have good PR - 2, 3 and 4 so I also stuck some comments on some newer posts. Hopefully in a few months these will get good PR and I´ll have a good link on there before the comments section is closed
