Hello, Is it possible to prevent users from opening a new window when they double click on the youtube video. It would be great to keep them at the site.

No - it's not, that's normal behaviour with any YouTube video. I don't think you have much to worry about though, since most people never double click a YouTube video anyway. You just have to click the play button (either one) a single time for it to play - and that doesn't open up a new window at all. But all embedded YouTube videos (on any site) open a new YouTube window when you double click them. That's just how they have it setup.
