I’m not surprised to be honest. This is another proof that the spirit and interest died. Now the only wants to make a few bucks off it and have enough money to continue to do, what they think, are fun things.

Personally I can understand them even though it must be frustrating for their consumers.

I only wish I had the money to buy the whole BANS product and affiliate projects they’ve got going on. Like you said, this could be taken so much further. But how many people like you or myself have this kind of money laying around to plunk down on something like this. They’re having an auction for cripes sakes. Which means you’ve got to have the money fairly quick. Just like they screwed up by not taking full advantage of the entire BANS idea, I think they screwed up my having an auction. If they had simply put it up for sale they probably could have done much better. Would have given people time to actually get financial backing from interested parties. Or even maybe get a group of 10 or so people to put up some money and buy it together.

Oh well…
