Once a comment is made on a public page, I think copying it with attribution should not be a problem.. Especially when the comment is about you and your blog..

I've never officially created an account there. However, I noticed this site tracking abilities and lo and behold, put two and two together that it was keeping a record of my comments made on various blogs.
